A night where champagne sparkles, wagyu sizzles, and Bordeaux breathes.
The evening begins with flowing champagne and chef’s pop-up bites —
oysters, prawns, and wagyu in small, lively moments —
before moving into a four-course dinner of seafood and A5 wagyu,
paired with elegant wines from Bordeaux, including
Barons Edmond & Benjamin de Rothschild Haut-Médoc
and Château Larrivet Haut-Brion.
